Today, we are excited to share a major milestone from our historic Piassa project — Adwa Ewket, our premium G+5 commercial development in the heart of Addis Ababa.
The project has now entered its final finishing phase, following the successful completion of the main structural framework. This marks a significant transition from structural works to high-precision interior finishing, as we move closer to delivering a landmark commercial destination.
Here is the latest on-site progress:
- HCB Block Work: 4th Floor is at 60% completion.
- Prime Coat Application: 2nd Floor has reached 95%, while the 3rd Floor stands at 70%.
- Gypsum Work: Progress is at 90% from Ground to 2nd Floor, and 60% on the 3rd Floor.
- Brick Work (Masonry): 4th Floor work has officially commenced and is currently at 20% completion.
With the heavy structural phase now behind us, our teams are fully focused on delivering refined, high-quality interior finishes that will bring this iconic development to life.
