On Saturday, 24 October 2026, Temer Properties officially handed over all 56 commercial units at its Garment site in Addis Ababa to their owners. Delivered on schedule, the units range from 12 m² to 192 m² and form part of our mixed-use development next to the Africa CDC headquarters, around the Addis–Adama highway entrance road.

The Garment project brings commercial space, apartments and office accommodation together in a 2B + G + 20 building: two basement levels, a ground floor and 20 upper floors. The development includes 56 commercial units, 136 apartments and one floor for office use.

Its location beside the Africa CDC headquarters, around the Addis–Adama highway entrance road, provides a clear landmark for owners and visitors. Commercial units ranging from 12 m² to 192 m² give the building a variety of space sizes.

Four elevators support access within the building, while separate entrances serve the apartments and commercial areas. Two spacious basement levels provide parking. Imported porcelain, tempered glass and aluminium are used in the building’s finishing.

One year of property management after handover

Our support continues after the commercial units are handed over. Temer Properties will handle property management for one year after handover, working together with representatives of the property owners.

This arrangement gives owners a defined period of management support as they settle into ownership. Our team can explain the agreed services and how coordination with owners’ representatives will work.

Residential handover is the next milestone at Garment
