Construction at our garment facility, located in front of CDC, is progressing efficiently with a strong focus on quality and timely delivery. Key milestones have already been achieved, with external plastering fully completed and the ceiling framework successfully installed. Interior works are advancing steadily, with flooring activities—including tiling and cement screed currently in progress. Ceramic installations are approaching completion, while granite works have surpassed the halfway mark, reflecting consistent progress across all finishing stages. In parallel, essential building systems are being implemented, with electrical conduit installation now underway, ensuring the site is being prepared for full operational functionality.
