The Kabod EXPO saw a huge turnout on its second and third days (Jun 5 & Jun 6,2025) with visitor numbers surpassing all expectations. Originally 1,500 attendees were expected, but the event welcomed over 2,200 visitors, with Sunday(Jun 6) seeing particularly impressive foot traffic. Due to the flood of customers, the scheduled conferences had to be canceled.

Key Highlights & Observations

  • Strong Buyer/Seller Engagement: While sales varied among exhibitors, the overall reach and interest were highly positive. Both real estate companies and buyers found significant value in the expo, reinforcing its importance in the market.
  • Strategic Social Media Campaign: A well organized digital outreach played a crucial role in driving attendance, effectively spreading awareness and excitement about the event.
  • Prime Location Choice: Hosting the expo at the Science Museum was a brilliant decision, offering wide, open spaces and a professional, aesthetically appealing setting that enhanced the overall experience. While we may not have fully utilized the venue’s potential yet, its strong appeal and accessibility make it a promising choice for future events.

Suggestions for an Even Better Expo Next Time

There is very strong demand for such events. And there are way more buyers outside to reach if we can pull more effort and professionalism into it.

To enhance the experience and attract even more attendees, the following additions could be considered:

  • Entertainment: An art exhibitionand handmade cultural shops would have been made a better Expo to make customers stay longer and explore more.
  • Food & Beverage Options: Introducing food vendors, sandwich stalls, and juice stands would improve visitor convenience and satisfaction.
  • Well Organised Information Desk: The clear, accessible help points ensured smooth navigation for attendees, proving crucial in managing the overwhelming turnout.
  • Early Panel Discussions: Hosting targeted panel discussions early in the event (before peak crowds arrive) could:
    • Help real estate professionals align on trends, challenges, and opportunities.
    • Provide a predictive outlook on market expectations and expo outcomes.
    • Allow for focused, distraction-free dialogue before visitor traffic peaks.
