Leaders from both Temer Properties and Ethiopian Airlines announced the partnership during a joint press briefing held on March 24, 2018 (E.C.), at Temer’s new sales office in Bole Brass.

ShebaMiles and Temer: Exceptional Benefits

Officials from Ethiopian Airlines detailed how this partnership specifically benefits Ethiopian homebuyers. Mr. Solomon Mekonnen, Manager of the Customer Loyalty Department at Ethiopian Airlines, explained that the airline constantly seeks ways to enhance passenger satisfaction.

The ShebaMiles program, which boasts over 5.5 million members, allows frequent flyers on Ethiopian Airlines and Star Alliance member carriers to earn miles. These miles can be redeemed for:

• Free flights based on distance traveled.
• Cabin upgrades (from Economy to Business Class).

Through this new deal, Temer customers will receive ShebaMiles as a direct reward for their investment.

How the Program Works?

This historic agreement allows customers to accumulate miles proportional to the payments made for a residential home or commercial shop from Temer Properties:

• For payments below 50%:Earn 5 miles for every $1 paid.
• For payments of 50% and above:Earn 5 miles for every $1 paid.

The Math at a Glance:

For a property valued at 10 million Birr (approx. $65,359):

• Under 50% payment:Earn 163,398 miles.
• 50% or more payment:Earn 228,758 miles.

These miles are sufficient for Business Class travel to various international destinations on modern Star Alliance aircraft. Furthermore, the agreement allows members to fast-track their status—upgrading from Blue to Silver, Silver to Gold, or even Blue directly to Gold.

TemerProperties expressed a strong interest in expanding this collaboration with Ethiopian Airlines, which currently serves over 145 destinations across five continents.
