During the lottery draw, themes of love and family were vividly on display. Temer Properties turned its customers into millionaires during its Gift Expo held at the Adwa Victory Memorial Museum. Among the prizes were:

The draw included 56 customers who had made full payments before construction began at the Ayat Feres Bet and Sarbet Seken sites.
The Big Winners
Tenaw Bawek and Rewda Mohammed were the lucky winners of the cars. Having purchased a house valued at 10 million Birr with a 40% discount (for 6 million Birr) and then winning a car worth 4 million Birr, they effectively secured both a house and a car for a net cost of 2 million Birr.
“Coincidentally, today is my birthday,” Tenaw shared. “I had just visited the site before going to work when my wife told me we won the car. I am so happy. We made the full payment because we were certain of Temer’s honesty, and that trust has rewarded us generously.”
